It is important that you feel comfortable with me. The basis of productive therapy is the therapeutic relationship. This is a unique relationship because it is all about you! I am very present in the relationship as an active listener and guide to help you unfold the areas in your life that are ready to reworked so you feel better.
Some of our journey together will require you to look at your past. Please know that I will never approach your past from a place of blame or shame. Instead the past is ripe with valuable information for you to better understand how you feel about yourself today. Therefore, trust is an important aspect of the therapeutic relationship.
